What file formats do you support?
We support JPG, PNG, and TIF formats. For best results, we recommend uploading high-contrast viewport captures from your 3D software. Maximum file size is 10MB.
How does the credit system work?
One credit equals one fast visualization (1 credit) or one high-quality visualization (4 credits). New users get 10 free credits to start. You can purchase more credits in packages of 50, 100, or 300.
Can I use the images for commercial projects?
Yes! You own full commercial rights to all images generated on our platform, regardless of the package you purchased.
Is my architectural data secure?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption and your uploaded images are not stored on our servers after the generation process is complete. Your designs remain your intellectual property.
What 3D software is compatible?
CorteX works with any 3D software that can export images. This includes SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, and many more. Simply export a viewport or render and upload it.
How long does generation take?
Fast renders take approximately 30 seconds. High-quality 4K renders take 1-2 minutes depending on complexity. You can continue working while we process your image.
Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire. You can use them whenever you need them, whether that's tomorrow or a year from now.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
If a generation fails due to a technical error, credits are automatically refunded. For quality concerns, you can adjust your settings and try again. Our AI improves with clear, high-contrast source images.
