Raya has AI rendering plugins for six programs: SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Rhino and pCon.planner. They all work the same way: the plugin captures your current model view, sends it to our cloud and returns a finished visualization in under a minute. No file exports, no lighting or material setup, no separate render engine.
The plugin works from the image of the view, not from the project file, so your model stays on your disk. The computation happens on our side, which means photorealistic visualizations also come out of a laptop without a powerful graphics card. Every plugin is free to download; you pay only in credits for the images you generate.

Visualizations, editing and AI video without leaving your program
The Raya panel is not only about generating an image. From the same place you correct a finished visualization and turn it into a short clip.
AI visualizations from the model view
You capture the current view and get a photorealistic image in under a minute. No file exports, no lighting or material setup.
Editing without going back to the model
You mark a part of the finished visualization and describe the change in a plain sentence: a different wall colour, a different fabric, fewer accessories. The 3D model stays untouched.
Video from a finished visualization
From a chosen frame you make a few-second clip: you set the length, resolution and aspect ratio, and describe the motion in words or pick a preset. It costs from 5 credits.

Are the Raya plugins free?
Yes. The plugin is free to download and install, on a free Raya account. Credits are only used when you generate a visualization, and new accounts get a starter pool.
Which programs and versions are supported?
SketchUp 2020+ on Windows and macOS, and on Windows: 3ds Max 2021-2027, Revit 2021-2027, ArchiCAD 26-29, Rhino 7-8 and pCon.planner PRO 8.14+. The full list is in the table above.
How do I install a plugin?
Download the installer from the plugin page, run it and restart your program - the Raya panel appears inside the software.
How is Raya different from a regular render engine?
You don't set up scenes, materials or lights and you don't need a powerful GPU - you pick the look with a few clicks and AI generates a photorealistic image in under a minute.
Does the plugin upload my 3D model to the cloud?
No. The plugin captures an image of the current view and that is what goes into generation. The project file, the geometry and the materials stay on your computer.
How much does a visualization from the plugin cost?
A 2K visualization costs 2 credits and 4K costs 4. New accounts get 20 credits valid for 14 days, so the first renders cost you nothing.
Does the Raya plugin work on a Mac?
The SketchUp plugin runs on Windows and macOS. The other plugins (Revit, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Rhino, pCon.planner) are available for Windows only. On a Mac you can use Raya in the browser: you upload a capture of the model view and generate the visualization the same way.
Are my views and generated visualizations used to train AI?
No. The images you send from the plugin, your descriptions and the finished visualizations are not used to train or fine-tune models, neither ours nor our providers'.
Can I use visualizations from the plugin commercially?
Yes. You hold commercial rights to the generated images whether you are on free credits or a paid plan. You can use them in client projects, in offers and in marketing materials.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a visualization fails for a technical reason, the credits return to your account automatically. You do not have to ask for them or recover them by hand.
