In my daily work as an interior architect, quality of detail and photorealism are absolutely fundamental, but AI does not replace the whole rendering process for me. I am a person who cares about constantly honing my own craft. For me, Raya is a brilliant tool for preparing quick, preliminary concepts that help greatly to guide the investor's imagination at an early stage, or to show a quick change of concept during site supervision visits. Raya works wonderfully for "giving life" to static images and for generating video materials. These dynamic forms are extremely needed today and…
Raya reviews - AI visualizations through designers’ eyes
Together we have generated 148,671 visualizations!
Here you’ll find reviews of Raya from architects, interior designers and visualizers who create AI visualizations with it every day. Each review shows the author’s project: the model view before and the visualization after, or a video. Drag the slider to compare the two versions, or click to enlarge them.

I've been using Raya to enhance my architectural and interior 3D renders for a few months now and I'm genuinely so impressed with both the software and the team behind it. As someone who creates detailed 3D visualisations professionally, one of the biggest challenges I've found with other AI platforms is their tendency to change elements of the original design. Raya does an incredible job of enhancing the realism of my renders while maintaining the architectural details, layouts and materials I've worked so carefully to create in the digital model. The platform is incredibly easy to use…

Raya has become an important part of my everyday design work. It lets me quickly create realistic interior visualizations, test different material, colour and lighting options, and present ideas to clients smoothly at an early stage of the project. The tool significantly speeds up the design process, makes decisions easier and helps me picture the final result better, which translates into smoother communication with clients and greater efficiency.

Raya has changed the way we work on interior visualizations. Thanks to it, we were able to give up V-Ray and time-consuming rendering. Now, based on raw views from SketchUp, we create realistic visualizations in a short time. A process that used to take several days, we now shorten to a few hours, getting consistent shots of the interiors of an entire house. I especially appreciate the way Raya interprets light, giving the arrangements a natural and realistic character. Often, already when using 4 credits, it is possible to get a satisfying final result. Of course, like every AI tool, Raya…

I have been using Raya for a month, testing different settings. I have tried several other AI rendering apps, and Raya is by far the best. It is intuitive and simple. You just use the built-in settings and add photos of the materials used in the project. There is no need to write complicated prompts. You can also add a shot from another view of the room, so that all the views of a single room stay consistent. I recommend it.

You can tell Raya was built specifically for creating visualizations, not as just another all-purpose AI tool. The predefined features really make the work easier and let you focus on the project instead of fine-tuning prompts. Being able to edit selected parts of a visualization, add reference photos and carry a style across renders works great for keeping a consistent mood. Another big plus is the support — fast, helpful and genuinely engaged.

I split my career as an interior architect into two stages: before I discovered Raya and after. Something that used to take me hours now takes just 60 seconds. Clients are amazed by how realistic the visualizations are. I can no longer imagine working without this tool.

Raya is a great tool for generating visualizations from models prepared in SketchUp. What I like most is that I do not have to create complicated prompts — a well-prepared 3D model is enough. The results are truly impressive and the quality of the visualizations is very high. It is a huge time-saver and great support in my everyday design work.

The platform is genuinely great — its focus on design makes working with visualizations much easier and faster. You can tell it is built by people who truly understand the field and answer real needs right on point! :)

Above all, Raya has given me time. What used to take me many hours I can now check in a few minutes. I can quickly visualize an idea, compare different options and make sure the project is heading in the right direction. Clients find it much easier to picture the final result, and the whole design process runs far more smoothly. For me it is a huge support in my everyday work and a tool that has genuinely boosted my efficiency.

Raya is an excellent tool for creating top-quality visualizations. It significantly shortens my working time while delivering great final results. I have also used it to prepare product visualizations of my own furniture designs, which have thereby gained an exceptionally polished presentation.

Raya saves me hours of work on visualizations and it does not make those uncontrolled changes that other apps do. Really nice! I design from time to time, but when I do, Raya is the best!

Since I started using Raya, I'm no longer afraid of visualizations. Until now I outsourced them to external companies. But now, thanks to Raya, creating photorealistic visualizations is very easy and, most importantly, fast. My company saves not only time, but also money. The program is very simple and intuitive to use. You can also see that the program was created with interior designers in mind, to simplify their work as much as possible. I recommend it with a clear conscience.

Raya helped me create a really cool collage of the interior I designed, which I will definitely use on my office's social media. I only have to remove the window in the sloped ceiling that appeared as a surprise. ;) Nevertheless, I recommend this feature.

I use Raya in most of my projects. I was surprised by the possibilities for making changes and by how quickly the renders are produced. Raya greatly improves the process of creating an interior. It is a great tool supporting work on a project.

I'm testing Raya as I switch over from another program dedicated to designers, and I'm very pleasantly surprised! At last I don't have to come up with a thousand prompts that get misunderstood anyway! I only work on the plain 3D model, smooth the edges, remove the lines that could be misleading, and Raya does the rest smoothly for me! Finally a program that doesn't put a bathtub in the middle of the kitchen!!! And I had already lost hope ;)

I got a photo-like result with literally one click. I uploaded a pre-rendered visualization from Twinmotion as the base, and as the reference I used another shot of the same room (already finished). I'm delighted!

You don't need to write lengthy prompts for the visualization to be satisfying. The tool reads the designer's intentions perfectly. Raya is very intuitive, we select the options we want and it's done. It works very fast. Great! I am very satisfied.

What users value in Raya - takeaways from the reviews
Every review is about a different project, but a few themes come up in almost all of them. Here they are in four points.
- Hours of work turned into minutes
- The most frequent theme is saved time. A 2K visualization is ready in under a minute, so you can try several variants of materials, colors or lighting on the same day. No waiting for an overnight render or for a free computer.
- Your project, not a similar interior
- Users stress that Raya sticks to their model: wall layout, proportions, details and materials. You upload a view from SketchUp, Revit or another 3D program, or generate the visualization without leaving the program thanks to Raya plugins.
- Ready-made settings instead of prompts
- You pick the style, lighting and scene type from lists and add the materials from your project as photos. You don’t need to learn how to write AI prompts to get a predictable result.
- Fixes and consistent shots
- You fix a single part in visualization editing without generating the whole image again, and a shot from another side of the room helps keep all views consistent. You can also turn a finished visualization into a short video.
Raya reviews - frequently asked questions
Are the reviews on this page genuine?
Yes. We publish every review with the author’s full name and, for most of them, a project made in Raya. Some were written by users with a paid account who received credits for it - each such review is about a visualization made on the author’s account and is checked before publication. This is a selection of reviews, not a full list of ratings, so we don’t show an average score.
Will Raya work for my project?
Raya works best when you have a view of a 3D model, a photo of an interior or a sketch - it turns them into a photorealistic visualization of an interior, a building or a piece of furniture. Like any AI tool it can sometimes add something of its own, so you describe the elements that must stay in the settings or point to them with a reference photo. The surest way to find out is to test it on your own project during the free trial.
Does the AI change elements of my design?
Raya keeps the layout, geometry and framing of the uploaded view and fills in the light, textures and surroundings. If some part comes out different from your design, you fix just that part in editing instead of generating the whole image again.
