With Raya you pay for credits, not for access to individual features. Every subscription plan adds a pool of credits to your account each month, which you spend on generating visualizations, editing, home staging, moodboards, upscaling, video and 3D models. That keeps the price of interior visualizations predictable: you know upfront what one render costs and how many renders fit into your plan.
The same pricing applies to architectural visualizations, interiors and home staging. There are no separate rates per project type or per 3D program you use. The plugins for SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Archicad, Rhino and pCon.planner are free to install and run on the same credits.
How much do photorealistic AI visualizations cost in Raya?
The cost depends on the type of work and the resolution. Here is the pricing for photorealistic visualizations and the other features, in credits.
In dollar terms, a 2K visualization costs from $0.41 on the Max plan to $0.60 on the Starter plan.
The cost of a video depends on its length and resolution, and the cost of a 3D model on geometry and texture quality. If a generation fails because of a technical error, the credits are returned to your account automatically.

Does a higher plan give better visualization quality?
No. Every plan has the same features and the same quality: 2K and 4K renders, upscaling to 6K, editing, home staging, moodboards, video, 3D models, all plugins and a commercial license. A higher plan gives you more credits and a lower price per credit, including when you buy extra credit packs.
Monthly or yearly billing
You can pay for any plan monthly or upfront for a year. The yearly plan costs the same as 10 months, and you get the whole year's credits right away. Unused subscription credits roll over to the following months as long as your subscription is active.
Is Raya free?
To start with, yes. When you create an account you get 20 free credits valid for 14 days, with no credit card required. That is enough for 10 2K visualizations or for trying out editing, home staging and video before you pick a plan. To keep working after that, you need a subscription.
Which Raya plan should you choose for your visualizations?
The easiest way is to match the plan to the number of visualizations you create each month. Here are three typical situations.

How much does AI interior visualization software cost?
Raya plans cost from $5.99 a month (Starter, 20 credits) to $44.99 a month (Max, 220 credits). A 2K visualization costs 2 credits, and you get 20 credits for free to start.
Is Raya free?
Creating an account is free and gives you 20 credits valid for 14 days, with no credit card required. The plugins for 3D software are also free to install. Once you use up the free credits, you need a subscription to keep generating.
Does a higher plan unlock extra features?
No. All plans have the same features, resolutions and commercial license. They differ in the number of monthly credits and the price per credit.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, with no contracts or notice periods. You cancel your subscription on the Account page. It stays active until the end of the paid period, so you can use your credits until then, and no further payment will be taken.
Can I change my plan after buying it?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately: you pay the price difference between the plans, and the extra credits land in your account right away, without changing your renewal date. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal.
What happens to unused credits?
Subscription credits roll over to the following months and stay available as long as your subscription is active. Free starter credits expire after 14 days, and extra credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
What if I run out of credits before the end of the month?
With an active subscription you can buy a pack of 50, 100 or 200 credits without waiting for your renewal. You can also upgrade to a higher plan right away.
How can I pay, and will I get a VAT invoice?
You pay by card, and payments are handled by Stripe. Prices include VAT. We issue an invoice automatically after every payment - just select the business purchase option at checkout and enter your invoice details.
Do I pay for failed generations?
No. If a visualization is not created because of a technical error on our side, the credits are returned to your account automatically.
