A moving image holds attention on the project website and in ads longer than another still. ## Visualizations for property developers - frequently asked questions

### Do I need a 3D model of the building?

The best results come from a view of the model - a screenshot from the program the architect uses for the project, or a draft render without materials. If there is no model yet, a perspective sketch can be the starting point, but then the AI fills in more. Raya does not build a building model from floor plans and does not paste it into a photo of the plot with its real neighbours - that is still a job for a 3D modeller and photomontage.

### Will the visualization match the design?

The AI is instructed to keep the massing, storeys, roof and window divisions from the view, but it interprets an image rather than rendering geometry. With a clear view one generation is usually enough, and a single wrong detail can be fixed in editing. Before a visualization goes into sales materials, compare it with the design and label it as illustrative, just as you would with studio renderings.

### Can I make a fly-through animation of the whole estate in Raya?

Not in a single shot. Video in Raya is made from one image and lasts 4 to 10 seconds: the camera moves within the frame, and one visualization can give you several different shots.
